How to submit your poetry

To submit a poem to be considered for addition to this blog, please complete this form.
It will open a Microsoft Word document. When  you are done, SAVE the document on your computer for your own reference, and email the saved document as an attachment to the Diocesan Poet at: episcopalct.poetry@gmail.com

Note that by submitting your work, you will need to agree to the following:
1. The work must be yours exclusively
2. You hold the copyright
3. You have identified any/all previous publications and the information provided in writing with your submission, and declare that no previous publication affected your ability to republish
4. You have accurately listed the date of the poem
5. You give permission for the poem submitted to be posted on this blog, episcopalct-poetry.blogspot.com, without remuneration, for the personal use of members and visitors
6. You as owner grant the Diocesan Poet the right to republish submitted poems, without remuneration, in any media, for the purpose of promoting creativity within the Episcopal Church in Connecticut.
